Terms of Service

By installing or using CFDI Pronto you accept the following terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

Last updated: 30 de mayo de 2026

1. Service description

CFDI Pronto ("the service") is a CFDI 4.0 electronic invoicing app for Shopify merchants. It lets Mexican merchants issue, view, download, resend, and cancel CFDIs with the SAT through an Authorized Certification Provider (PAC).

2. Subscription and free trial

  • The app includes a 14-day free trial from the moment the plan is activated, with no charge until the trial ends.
  • After the trial, Shopify will bill the selected plan (Starter $12 USD/month or Unlimited $24 USD/month) directly to the payment method on file in the Shopify store.
  • You can cancel the subscription at any time from the app's Subscription screen or from Shopify's Apps panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. If you experienced a technical issue attributable to the service, email us at atulverma4796@gmail.com and we'll evaluate case by case.

4. Merchant obligations

  • Keep your Digital Seal Certificate (CSD) current and upload a new one before it expires to avoid interrupting CFDI issuance.
  • Verify that your business's tax information (legal name, RFC, tax regime, postal code) is correct before issuing CFDIs.
  • Issue your monthly global invoice for "general public" sales, as required by SAT.
  • Do not use the service to issue fraudulent or false CFDIs.

5. Tax responsibility

The merchant is solely responsible to SAT for the accuracy and timeliness of issued CFDIs. CFDI Pronto acts as a technical tool that connects your Shopify store with an authorized PAC, but does not act as an accountant or tax advisor. When in doubt about the tax treatment of a sale, consult with your accountant.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". CFDI Pronto will not be liable for indirect, consequential damages, lost revenue, lost data, or tax fines arising from the use or non-use of the service. CFDI Pronto's aggregate liability will not exceed what the merchant paid in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service if: (a) the merchant breaches these terms, (b) uses the service for illegal or fraudulent activities, or (c) Shopify suspends their store. The merchant may uninstall the app at any time.

8. Changes to the service and the terms

We may update the service's features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice via the registered email or the app's panel.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
